By ordering a service from Health Destination, the Customer accepts these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions may be subject to change at any time, and it is the Customer's responsibility to check for any amendments or alterations before ordering services.
1.1 Services
The services provided by Health Destination include health and test packages, as set out in the packages list. All orders placed by a Customer shall be subject to written acceptance from Health Destination and tests availability. Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing by Health Destination, these conditions shall govern all contracts between Health Destination and the Customer for the sale of any of the tests and shall prevail over any conditions or terms stipulated, referred to or incorporated by the Customer in their order or negotiations.
2.1 Price and Payment
The price to be paid by the Customer for the tests and packages shall be as set out in the packages list. Payment shall be made in advance, and the Company shall confirm acceptance of the order in writing or by e-mail.
3.1 Cancellation
The Customer may cancel their order by giving written notice to Health Destination at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of the tests. If cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled date of the tests, the Customer will be liable for the full cost of the Services.
4.1 Use of Services
The Services are for the sole use of the Customer and are not transferable. The Customer shall use the Services in accordance with any instructions provided by Health Destination and any applicable laws and regulations.
5.1 Liability
Health Destination shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the provision of the Services, except for any direct loss or damage resulting from Health Destination' negligence or wilful misconduct. Health Destination shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
6.1 Quality Control
Health Destination shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Services to the Customer as soon as possible within seven days of the date of payment. For the avoidance of doubt, Health Destination will not be in breach of these Conditions or have any liability whatsoever for failing to deliver the Services to the Customer by this date.
7.1 Termination
Health Destination may terminate any contract with the Customer immediately by written notice if the Customer breaches any of these Conditions or if the Customer is unable to pay their debts as they fall due.
8.1 Personal Information
The Customer shall submit their full name, address, telephone details, and any other relevant personal information to Health Destination. We take your privacy seriously and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
